Philippe Vence was one of the finalists for our Sponsored Photographer contest and when we asked him what bike he wanted to build up I was a bit surprised. I’d seen the Cannondale Hooligan before but never really envisioned it as looking great with our parts. Well I’m glad we listened to Anthony.
