Alliance for Biking & Walking

To launch our Bikes Are Better soft goods line, we chose to make our first donation to the Alliance for Biking & Walking. The goal of Bikes Are Better was to give back to the cycling community by supporting national and local bicycle non-profits. The Alliance is the perfect blend of both. They are a national organization run by a solid team of professionals and their goal is assist their over 170 member organizations by helping them develop bicycle advocacy groups and campaigns at a local level.

We first heard about the Alliance through their work with Bike Fed of Wisconsin and the more we looked into it they are pretty much active in most communities around the country that have a bicycling advocacy program. We strongly encourage you to take a closer look at what they do and to see how you get involved with them at a national or local level.
