Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for visiting the Fyxation web-shop.  Even though we are based in the USA we ship our products worldwide!  Shipping costs vary per country and per the item ordered. In order to calculate the shipping costs to your location please add a product to your shopping cart, enter your complete address then hit save.  Once you've done this the total costs plus shipping will show up in your shopping cart.

Shipping Method - We ship all international and domestic orders via the US Postal Service.  They offer the fastest and most affordable shipping options.  Tracking information is available upon request

Delivery  - We typically ship our orders within 24 hours after the order was received.  In the US you can expect 3-5 days for delivery but most orders will get there faster.  International delivery times vary based on what country you're in and how long it takes for the product to clear local customs.  We ship international orders via the US Postal Service Parcel Post service. This service is by far the most affordable ($15 for pedals compared to $40) but it can take a bit longer for the gear to arrive to the final destination.  If you want faster delivery times, please email info@fyxation.com and we can quote you Priority or Expedited service. 

Customs - Fyxation is not responsible for customs duties/tariffs.  When we ship the product we put the full customs value of the items ordered on the shipping labels.  Customs duties/tariffs vary per country.
