Fixed Gear or Singlespeed
All Pixels ship as a single speed so you can coast, but can very easily be converted into a fixed gear by simply rotating the rear wheel using our flip-flop hub. Single speed bikes make a ton of sense in most urban and suburban areas. They are affordable, easy to maintain and repair and make great commuter and get around town bikes. Fyxation bikes are geared for city riding so even with one gear you can cruise around town with ease.

Love the bike, super easy to put together. Only complaint was it came with some scratches and scuffs from the shipping on the frame and spokes.
I was a little nervous going from my age-old 24-speed MTB to a single-speed (I not particularly fit) to zip around Chicago, but from the instant I got on the bike, it felt awesome. It's reasonably light, super fun to ride, and secure-feeling thanks to the dual front and back brakes. The black and tan is a great aesthetic, and overall, I couldn't be happier with it.
