The crew at Fyxation prides ourselves on our attention to detail and on producing quality and affordable bicycles, parts and accessories.  We are 100% dedicated to our customers and while we want you to have the best riding experience while using our products, we also want you to have the best shopping and customer experience while shopping with Fyxation.com.  Below are a few quick details about our shipping rates, return policies and warranty. Shipping:  

Flat Rate US Shipping:
We are proud to offer affordable flat rate shipping on all domestic (lower 48 states) shipments.  We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping times vary by location, but typically arrive in 2-5 business days after shipping. All orders are shipped from Milwaukee, WI.

International Shipping: International shipping is available at a competitive rate via DHL or USPS Priority Mail. For international shipping quotes, please add an item to your shopping cart and use our shipping calculator to calculate the shipping rate to your location. (Note that this does not include any local duty/taxes)

Please remember that shipping times vary from the US due to international shipping lead times, customs clearance and local delivery. Fyxation is not responsible for any import duty, tariffs or VAT so please make sure you are aware of the local import costs when you place an international order. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the status of your shipment.

Note: Returned items on orders with flat rate shipping offer will incur shipping fees if refundable amount puts the order total amount below the free shipping offer total. This will be charged or netted from the refundable amount or onto the credit card from the original order.

Tax Rates:
For shipments within Wisconsin, we are required by law to collect local sales tax.  The appropriate local state/county tax will be added to your cart at checkout.

DISCLOSURE - ASSEMBLY POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS: All bicycles purchased through Fyxation MUST be assembled by a certified bicycle shop mechanic or at an authorized Fyxation dealer. If the bike is NOT built up by a certified bicycles shop mechanic or at an authorized dealer, any warranty will be void.

NOTE: PLEASE TIGHTEN YOUR LOCKRINGS, CRANKS, PEDALS, ETC. BEFORE & AFTER EVERY RIDE. Stripped threads, cranks, pedals, etc. are due to those parts not being tightened enough by the rider and are not covered by warranty.

Returns and Exchanges:

Fyxation aims to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but just in case there is a problem, we gladly offer returns and exchanges. If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unused and without install marks/damage, with packaging) within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund, less shipping costs. If you have decided to return your merchandise any time after 30 days, you may send the items back to receive a store credit. Returns made after 30 days will be credited at the current selling price.

Shipping will be deducted from the return total on all exchanges or returns that no longer meet minimum order free shipping requirements including single item orders that were shipped for free and you are now returning. If you have received a damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label and shipping will be on us.

If by any chance you receive an item that is the wrong size, color, or completely different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately so we can arrange an exchange.

Please Note: If you are shipping back a new item for exchange or return please make sure the part or bike is extremely well packaged because UPS and FedEx can be rough on boxes.  If you are shipping back a bike, make sure that all parts are carefully secured and there is plenty of packaging material and padding used to prevent damage or scratches to the frame or parts. If a new item is returned to us in a damaged condition or has been marked or scuffed from having been installed, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange because the item is no longer new.

Warranty: 

Fyxation offers a Life Time Warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturer's defects on our steel/alloy framesets, and a one-year warranty on all other non-consumable parts (tires, tubes, saddles, paint, handlebar tape, grips, etc. are considered consumable parts). Manufacturer defects DO NOT include damage resulting from improper use or a lack of maintenance, and Fyxation will be unable to satisfy any warranty claims related to improper use or maintenance.  With that said, we pride ourselves in offering the best possible customer experience so if you have any issues with our bikes, frames or parts, please reach out to us for assistance.
