    3" studded tires rock!

Wow! I ride a 3" Rhyme fattie by Specialized all year, but had some troubles in the ice and snow keeping up with my husband who rides a 5" tire. Since I did not want to buy another bike, I decided to try these studs.....now he can't keep up with me! I'm sure I will still be compromised in deep snow, but this is a great extension of my ability to ride in most winter conditions of New England. I would get these for his bike, but they are twice as expensive! Anyway, I highly recommend them!
