Fyxation is known for our reliable and well designed urban line of bikes and parts, but we haven't only been riding skinny tires here in Milwaukee the last few years. When our Wisconsin winters turns nasty, we often times find ourselves hanging up our Quivers and Eastsides so we can turn to something with a bit more bite.
What do you get when you take the lightest mountain bike frame technology, widen the rear spacing to 197mm and suspension correct the front end? The Blackhawk! Not just another fat bike frameset; the featherweight Blackhawk frameset weighs in at a amazing 4lbs even and sets you up with a four-season rig capable of running 26x5.0" or 29x3.0" tires.
Not only is the Blackhawk light, it is one of the most versatile fat bike frames on the market. Want a setup that's as capable on race day as any XC bike? Pair our frameset with carbon rims and you can bring build weight down to 23lb. The Blackhawk also supports trail bike builds using the new Rock Shox Bluto with builds that weigh in at 29lbs or less.
Designed to handle sand, ice, and trails the Blackhawk frameset is built for more than just snow. This go to four season trail bike features internal shift cable routing and low stand over height ensuring that this nimble carbon rig is ready to take you wherever your ride leads; regardless of the conditions or the season.
Interested in a custom Blackhawk? Shoot us an email at email@example.com and we can work with you on putting together your ideal build. Whether you're looking for a 1x drivetrain, tubeless set up or you even have some of your own parts you'd like on the build, reach out to us and we can quote you a full custom build. All our completes are fully assembled in Milwaukee so custom fat bikes are easy for us to turn around.

Our complete bikes ship via FedEx in a well padded professional bike box. The bikes ship 95% assembled and you'll simply need a few tools to get your bike built up and on the road. As always, we recommend taking your bike to your local bike shop to get it built up properly. If you don't have a shop nearby, you'll need a pedal wrench and a hex wrench to assemble your bike.
