The Copper Eastside has been retired. Check out our new 2017 Divide Series Eastside here.
The Eastside is a premium fixed gear bike and that is by design. Developed and tested right here on the streets of Milwaukee, the Eastside blends the comfort and quality of 4130 chromoly steel with traditional track geometry giving the rider an aggressive, responsive and comfortable ride.
Whether you're commuting to work, cruising around the city or looking for a well built bike to use on campus, the Eastside has you covered. The Eastside features wide tire clearance, fender mounts, a flip-flop hub so it can run fixed or single speed and high end Tektro brakes/levers making at home in the most demanding environments.
While we feel the quality of our steel frame and the Eastside's unique design help to define this bike, the clean welds, attention to detail, minimalist styling and high end components are what really sets the Eastside apart.
Instead of using "throw away parts" The Eastside comes stocked with Fyxation parts that we've spent the last 4 years developing and we are proud of that fact. We really can't stress enough the difference that high quality components can make when it comes to ride quality, cost of maintenance and overall performance. From our 6061 Rodeo Pursuit bars, wide body Gates platform pedals and even our trademark tire tread grips, the Eastside is truly a bike we're proud to have our name on.
Be proud of your bike - parts and all.
Note: The Eastside ships as a singlespeed and includes a flip-flop hub so it can also be run as a fixed gear

Our complete bikes ship via FedEx in a well padded professional bike box. The bikes ship 95% assembled and you'll simply need a few tools to get your bike built up and on the road. As always, we recommend taking your bike to your local bike shop to get it built up properly. If you don't have a shop nearby, you'll need a pedal wrench and a hex wrench to assemble your bike.

I've been riding this beauty for a year now and have nothing but great things to say about it. The bike holds up incredibly well to the often unavoidable potholes that litter my daily commute from Queens into Manhattan, and emerged from a pretty brutal collision with a car with nothing but a few scratches and a small tear on the saddle. I haven't had to set foot in a shop with this bike for any reason. I had the bike shipped to New York, and it came very quickly and was easy to assemble. The price really is unbeatable considering the quality of the product. Highly recommended for the urban commuter!
I bought this bike 2 years ago, and it was one of my best investments yet. Every so often a pedestrian would compliment the bike as I rode through the streets of NYC. The copper and black color scheme goes well with the city environment. I first started riding on the single gear, but I'm a fixed-gear rider at heart, and I switched the hub after a month of riding. I never looked back since then. I was a bike messenger for Uber Rush and I was hit by a cab a couple times. Nothing serious, and only a few scrapes, and a slight ding on the frame of the bike. I expected worse, so that gave me confidence in the quality of the bike. After riding for a couple years, I had so much trust in the reliability of the bike. It felt like an extension of my own limbs. My only complaints are the weight of the bike, handle bar grips and the tires. This bike was a few pounds heavier than my last, but not a big deal. The handle bar grips were sliding off, I guess from the way I was riding? I put a lot of abuse on those tires, I guess from sliding, so I replaced them with some gatorskins. Anyways, I strongly recommend this bike to anyone who wants a quality mid-level city bike. Ugh, I'm still extremely upset I had this bike stolen. If you get this bike, keep a close eye on it. Shady people will steal this beauty when given the chance!!
Bought and built up the Eastside frame/fork for my partner. It's a durable rigid frame that looks great in the copper color matched with high shine silver components. Unbeatable price for this frame. Makes a wonderful townie for us but to would make a killer work machine or fixed gear as well.
