Fyxation Partners With BTI

We don't really have a "press release" section of our website but we wanted to share a release that went out this morning. All our gear is now in stock at BTI! BTI is the US distributor for great brands like Charge Bikes, Halo and Cinelli. We're in good company.

Milwaukee, WI – January 27, 2012 – Fyxation, a leading manufacturer of urban bicycle parts and accessories, announced today that their full line of cycling products will be available for distribution through Bicycle Technologies International (BTI). This includes Fyxation's entire new line of handlebars, their Accela tire and Gates pedal straps.

Fyxation was founded in 2009 and is best known for their Session 700 tire which caters to the urban rider. The Session 700 is currently available in a 700x23c, 700x28c and 700x35c in 11 color combinations. Since launching the brand in 2009, Fyxation has rapidly expanded their offering which now includes a complete line of pedals, grips, saddles, handlebars and their new Accela road/commuter tire. BTI is supporting the entire Fyxation line and all of these items are currently in stock in the BTI warehouse in New Mexico.

"We are pleased to announce that our products are now available through BTI”, says Nick Ginster, Founder and General Manager of Fyxation. “Our goal at Fyxation is to become the go to supplier for urban bicycle parts and to work with independent bike shops around the country to expand our footprint. Adding a strong distribution partner with a great reputation like BTI allows us to better service our customers all over the country and makes it even easier for bike shops to purchase our latest gear."

Andrew Wright, President of BTI, was quoted as saying, "BTI is proud to be added to the Fyxation distribution family for 2012. Ben and Nick have proven themselves with current and purpose-driven designs that support how cycling is changing within our culture. We look forward to their future developments and are excited to help build the Fyxation brand along with their visionary team."
