Excellent thru axle, even better service.

I had a question about a bit of play between the thru axle and the adapter sleeve for 12mm. I sent a video in, expecting to hear back... someday, or may be not at all. I got an email back the same day that under load I would likely find there is no issue. That has proved to be the case. Excellent customer response!
