The Manitou Dorado Comp is your entry point into one of the most legendary downhill fork platforms ever built. The inverted (upside-down) chassis puts the larger stanchion tubes at the top and the smaller sliders at the bottom — a design that dramatically reduces unsprung weight and increases stiffness where it matters most. The result is a fork that feels alive underfoot, tracking the ground with precision that conventional forks simply can't match at speed.
Built around Manitou's proven IRT (Infinite Rate Tune) air spring, the Dorado Comp lets you independently tune the positive and negative air chambers for a completely customized feel — from plush and supple on natural terrain to firmer and more supported for bike park laps. Travel is internally adjustable from 180mm to 203mm in 10mm increments, so you can dial it to your frame and riding style without buying a new fork.
