Specialized Globe Roll 1 Drop
I just got forwarded a link to the new Specialized Globe Roll Drop 1. The Globe Roll is their version of a versatile urban bike that can be purchased as a single speed, 8 speed internal with belt drive, 8 speed geared with derailleur or as a step through bike. I like the idea of it and the Globe Roll Drop 1 is actually a pretty clean looking bike, but at $660 for their fixed gear build it's a bit expensive.
