Milwaukee Bicycle Fashion Show: Connect 53212

October is Biketoberfest here at Fyxation and we have an exciting month of events planned. We started the month off with 3 day bike-packing trip in Northern Wiscsonsin; the first annual Tour de Chequamegon. Our second event just wrapped up this last Friday and we have to admit it was a bit different than a 100 mile bike-packing/gravel tour. This event however was filled with plenty of music, bikes, fashion and of course - beer.

The Connect 53212 Bike Fashion Show is an event designed to bring people together to talk about our community and cycling. Connect 53212 is a local non-profit organization whose mission is to connect communities through walking, biking and busing. Their organization is the perfect for what we focus on here at Fyxation so were honored to host this fun event

We cleared out our space to make room for the runway, DJ, keg and after party. Once the guests arrived and the festivities kicked off, all those in attendance were able to enjoy a fun night filled with bikes, fashion, personal stories, music and a bit of free beer. Our space is perfect for events like this and we love opening our doors to give the local cycling community and like minded organizations the opportunity to get together.
