The best way to describe our Snug Bar End Plugs is simply that they do what they're supposed to. That's it. They look great, fit most bars and are far superior than cheaper bar end plugs that comes with your standard grips and bar tape.

Snug isn't just a name, it's how these bar ends fit. Each set of Snug alloy bar ends, ships with 2 different size spacers so that they fit most handlebars. Simply put them in the end of your bars, tighten the Allen/hex screw to expand the plugs and that's it. These bar ends don't fall out and are a great way to finish off any ride.

- 2 durable alloy bar end plugs
- Includes 2 elastomers to fit most bars - 15mm and 18mm included
- Available in 9 colors
- 20 grams per Snug plug - 40 grams total
- Choose the blue or black elastomer that most closely matches the inside diameter of your handlebar. Install the elastomer using the washer and nut provided. The black elastomer uses the smaller washer.
- Prior to installing the bar end plug..
  - For easier installation, place a small drop of oil or grease under the head of the screw.
  - Expand the elastomer so that the bar end plug to nearly the inside diameter of the handlebar. To expand the elastomer hold the bar end cap with one hand while tightening the hex screw with a 3mm hex wrench.
- With the elastomer expanded to nearly the inside diameter of the handlebar, slide the bar end cap assembly into the handlebar so that the cap is flush with the end.
- Hold the cap and turn the hex screw to expand the elastomer tightly inside the handlebar. Continue tightening until the bar end plug is securely in place.

Awesome bar ends

I wish my LBS carried these bar end caps. I have these on all of our bikes. And I find them to work great - much better than the cheap *** plastic bar caps that come with new handlebar grips....I love the variety of colors available.....and like the aluminum. But I do wish these came in a rubber material.

Very nice design

Snug bar ends and bullhorn handlebars

Excellent! Love the products. Really fit well for my bike couldn’t be happier. More importantly couldn’t appreciate more how you all called me to inform me that the bullhorns were going to be shipped longer then expexted. It’s not everyday that when you order something and it hasn’t arrived the company picks up the phone with a human on the other side to inform the customer.
