Ride in style with the all new Purple Reign Eastside color way! The Eastside is a fixed gear bike designed to ride fast, last long and turn heads. Originally introduced in 2013, the Eastside remains our most popular bike and for good reason. Built with quality parts and designed right here in Milwaukee, the Purple Reign is a fixed gear/single speed like no other.
The all new 2017 Eastside Purple Reign uses an amazing 2 color paint scheme separated by the signature racing stripes of our new Divide Series. The Purple reign color-way is perfectly complimented by all black components.
Fixed Gear or Singlespeed
All Divide Series bikes ship as a single speed so you can coast, but can very easily be converted into a fixed gear by simply rotating the rear wheel using our flip-flop hub. Single speed bikes make a ton of sense in most urban and suburban areas. They are affordable, easy to maintain and repair and make great commuter and get around town bikes. Fyxation bikes are geared for city riding so even with one gear you can cruise around town with ease.
Rise Bars vs. Pursuit Bullhorn Bars
With the new Eastside Divide Series you have the choice to choose between rise bars or pursuit bullhorn bars. Rise bars offer the rider a more upright ride and are great for commuting and keeping your head up while riding. We provide an extra wide rise bar that gives you plenty of control when navigating through the city. Our Pursuit bar is our most popular handlebar and since we introduced it in 2011 has been one of our most copied products. This bar gives you multiple hand positions while still being able to easily reach your brakes. You can ride in the center, in the drops or on the end of the bars giving you an aggressive bar with tons of options. Either way you can't go wrong but now you can choose your bar at checkout.
The Eastside is built using 4130 chromoly steel for both the frame and the fork which means this beauty is light and strong. We use only sealed bearing hubs in our wheels which gives the Eastside a smooth ride and is something you typically find in higher end track and road bikes. The Eastside uses our go anywhere Session 700 tires which were originally introduced by Fyxation in 2009 and are known around the world for their durability and longevity. Finally, all Fyxation bikes ship with front and rear brakes! While this may seem silly to point out, most fixies and singlespeeds on the market ship with only one brake which is both unsafe and forces you to spend extra money adding parts after your initial purchase.

Our complete bikes ship via FedEx in a well padded professional bike box. The bikes ship 95% assembled and you'll simply need a few tools to get your bike built up and on the road. As always, we recommend taking your bike to your local bike shop to get it built up properly. If you don't have a shop nearby, you'll need a pedal wrench and a hex wrench to assemble your bike.
