The desert Southwest is filled with amazing vistas, stunning scenery and some of the best mountain biking that can be found anywhere in the world. The Mesa MP Desert Series was inspired by the amazing colors that can be found in the desert and pays tribute to the biking meccas of Moab, Fruita and Sedona. These nylon replaceable pin sealed bearing thin bodied pedals are ideal for riding anywhere in the Colorado Plateau and beyond. The earth tone colors stand out in a crowded pedal market where bright/flashy colors rule and they are a great addition to any bike where subtle hues are the goal.
About The Mesa MP
Originally introduced in 2012, the Mesa MP is a thin profile platform pedal that has all of what you're looking for and none of what you don't. Weighing in at only 351 grams per pair and with a pedal height of a mere 14mm, these impact grade nylon pedals can do it all!
While originally designed with a focus on the urban commuter, the nylon bodied Mesa MP has found a home on just as many fat bikes and mountain bikes as it has fixed gears and commuters. It's smooth running sealed bearings, impact grade nylon body, replaceable pins and it's wide 105mm profile make it ideal for any style of riding. And with a price point of only $59.95, the Mesa MP is a great alternative to higher priced platform pedals.
What are you waiting for? Take these bad boys out for a spin. Whether you're next ride calls for dirt, street or snow, we're confident the Mesa MP pedal will become your go to pedal.
*Please note that the Mesa MP is not compatible with pedal straps. Replacement pin kits available here.
**Price listed is for a set of pedals (left/right)
Feels supportive and matches perfectly with PNW loam grips. It's a larger sized pedal and have had a couple of pedal strikes while leaning and pedaling through some corners. The pins are also shorter than those on my oneup composite pedals.
Love them. Great, sturdy, simple pedals.
Just what I was looking for, solid grip. Extra set of pegs is nice too. They match my PNW loam grips perfectly too.
Great, durable pedals. I've banged them on rocks in the Colorado Mountains and they held up. Lugs are aggressive and hold traction well. Color goes great with my green Polygon D6.
I love these Fyxation Pedals, the color is awesome and matched the rest of my bike and the grips on the pedals keep my feet flat while I am flying down the trail!
